About our albums in general
Are your photo albums inferior to albums made by photographers?
Absolutely not! Our photo albums are designed by professionals, we simply sell online.
What type of photo paper do you use?
We use professional DNP photo paper which promises quality finishes and less fading.
How many photos are used on each page?
Depending on the design of the photo album, the average is around 6 photos per page.
Are your albums peel and stick?
No, our albums are genuine flush-mount albums. Your photos are printed on quality photo paper and dry mounted on cardboard to lay completely flat and extend across the entire page. This type of mounting and high quality printing protects your sweet memories for a lifetime.
Album layout
What if I don't like the proofs?
We will redo them for you. Our policy is to modify the proofs until you are satisfied with them and if by some chance you are never satisfied, you can cancel your order without paying anything.
How long does it take to receive the proofs?
Depending on the number of pages in your album, you should receive your proofs within 3 - 12 business days.
Can I create my own album layout?
Yes, and you will receive a 20% discount. Send your design to us in high resolution.
Can I suggest special design requests?
Yes. You can give a detailed description of your requests in the notes field, or you may email us or use our contact form.
Uploading your photos
If I've already ordered, can I submit more photos?
Yes, just send them via email and include your order number.
Are my photos handled with confidentially?
Your photos are protected by law to be viewed only by our authorized company personnel and we will NEVER send your photos to third parties.
What image resolution should my photos have?
Your file size should be about 1.5 MB or 3 mega pixels.

What are flush mount photo albums?
Our flush mount lay-flat albums are crafted with hard covers and "board type" pages that will not bend. Your photos are dry mounted on cardboard to lay completely flat and extend across the entire page. This type of mounting protects your sweet memories for a lifetime.
Why are flush mount lay-flat albums better than other photo albums?
Our flush-mount albums are better because:
- They are constructed with quality hard covers
- They have pages that will not bend
- We use quality photo paper that resists fading
- And our designers can use several photos on one page creating a "magazine-style" layout with special effects such as transitions and faded edges.
What is a "magazine-style" layout?
"Magazine-style" refers to the design style inspired by fashion magazines, but depending on the designer, the style of each album will be different. This layout is commonly referred to as digital montage and is designed on the computer using custom- or template- generated images.
Ordering process
If I need my album in 10 days, will it arrive on time?
Please contact us via email or our contact form if you have a deadline to meet. Let us know the format, number of pages and approximately how many photos for your album and we will review your information and contact you within 24 hours to let you know if we can meet your deadline.
If I order multiple copies of the same album, do you offer a discount?
Yes. You will receive a 20% discount on each album ordered after the original album. On your final step of the ordering process indicate your order number in the notes field and be sure to specify that you will not need our design service.
How do I pay?
For your convenience, we have set up an easy-to-use payment link so that you may pay securely with your credit card using PayPal.
Do I have to use PayPal?
We do prefer PayPal; however, if you prefer another way to pay, please let us know and we will do what we can to make paying convenient for you.
What if I don't like the album?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Sweet Memory Album simply return it to us within 15 business days of receipt and you don't have to pay.
