Terms of Trade

All orders are accepted and fulfilled subject to our Terms of Trade as printed here and subsequently amended.

Prices: The prices we quote include shipping and taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.

Payment: For our customers who reside in the Euro zone, your invoices will be valued in Euros. For our customers who reside in non-Euro zones, your invoices will be valued in US Dollars. You can pay using your credit card though our easy payment option via PayPal with sales@sweetmemoryalbums.com as the recipient email address.

Delivery: While we make every effort to deliver during our estimated delivery time, we do not guarantee on time delivery. Some delays may be unavoidable. We do offer delivery right to your door; however we do not claim any responsibility for payment of any taxes, duties or clearance fees.

Authority to print images: You confirm that whether by way of copyright ownership or otherwise, you have the authority to grant us permission to print all images you submit to us and that you will indemnify us from any liabilities or costs that we may incur as a result of claims to the contrary.

Satisfaction guarantee: If you choose not to buy your photo album after delivery for whatever reason, the album needs to be returned to us within 15 business days. You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred for the return of your album.
